Horace Heidt Estates is a beautiful resort-styled apartment-homes community!
Reminiscent of the Hawaiian Islands, the grounds are lushly landscaped with palm trees, flowers, and exotic fountains, we offer studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes, as well as two-level townhouses and single-family homes with private swimming pools. Rental values currently start at $1,185 for a single.
Each apartment home has plush carpeting or hardwood floors, washer & dryer hook-ups (select units), central heat/AC, ceramic tile, gas or electric cook top, and private balcony. Additionally, many units have vaulted ceilings and large, garden patios.
We also have four sparkling swimming pools, BBQ area, and fitness center with Jacuzzi, sauna, and impressive workout equipment. Our on-site courtesy patrol greets residents and guests as they approach the main entrance of the property. The premises are video-monitored throughout the common areas.
Try out your golfing skill on our executive 18-hole, par-3 golf course, complete with water holes and sand traps. How about a game of tennis or basketball? We have a full-size, lighted tennis court with a basketball hoop.
You’re welcome to enjoy our breakfast club, which meets every morning in our clubhouse, the Aloha Room. Come share a bagel and coffee and meet your new neighbors!
Bridge, anyone? Come join in the fun every Friday – We offer all skill levels so don’t miss out!
Each month, we host an interesting presentation in the Aloha Room. Topics include the arts, entertainment, conservation, and a host of other informative subject matters. Have an idea? Contact Kae Butterfield, property manager in the leasing office.
Finally, enjoy our annual Luau with fire dancers, entertainment, and traditional Hawaiian dinner; a resident holiday Christmas party; and a Super Bowl party.
